i gota go with the ravens.. they can hit hard, they have hands, they have speed, and they get a good 4 man rush when ur not blitzing... i like other teams as well for pass d cuz i can stop the run no matter who im using but for people who want good balance i would say ravens.

steelers are the best if your talking both run and pass defense, but raiders are best defensive team for alot of people to use if you have some stick to stop the run

Ginats FTW. Try gettin past their front 7, and if you pass, you gotta deal with the rush from the front 4 and have to try to pass on that nice secondary

no way its the giants. there lbs are horrid besides peirce. there dbs are slow. there dline is amazing though
